Clara is a registered clinical psychologist based in Sydney. She holds an Honors degree in Psychology and a Master of Clinical Psychology and has completed a PhD through the University of Sydney.

With over twenty years of clinical experience in both private and public health sectors, Clara has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults facing difficulties such as depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. She has particular expertise in working with those who have experienced early life trauma, relational attachment difficulties, or symptoms of post-traumatic stress.

Her approach prioritises the uniqueness of every individual’s experience. She works collaboratively, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Schema Therapy.
